-- Submit all national account invoices for payment
-- Submit all government invoices for payment
-- Enter national account credits/debits into Maddenco payables system
-- Enter government credits/debits into Maddenco payables system
-- Reconcile Government Delivery Receipt Overage/Shortages
-- Research and solve problems with national account/government submissions
-- Assist store locations in getting proper paperwork completed
-- Upload program into Maddenco System
-- Operate office equipment as needed
-- Other duties as assigned-- Positive attitude
-- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
. Accounting experience a plus
-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-- Excellent attendance record
-- Work with little or no direct supervision
-- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
-- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
-- Excellent customer service attitude and skill
-- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
-- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
-- Must be able to adapt to many different situations as they arise
