As a Leasing Consultant you'll have the advantage of learning from our successful team at Dogwood and Woodland Heights Apartments in Chillicothe , OH . We are offering up to $18.00/hr. PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits. Benefits for full time employees: - Up to $18.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications - Up to $100.00 New Lease Commissions - Tuition Reimbursement - Paid Time Off up to 80 hours your first year - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community - Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings - Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property - Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required - Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book - Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach - Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field - Bilingual skill a plus - Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software - Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents - Yardi experience a plus!
