About the role
The Manager Clinical Program, Transplant and High CostCaseis
responsible for working in partnership with Clinical and Pod
Operations to ensure consistency and provide oversite of Transplant
and High Cost Case department activities within Quantum Health's
clinical model. This position will function as Subject Matter
Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services and
will work in conjunction with clinical leadership to meet the
transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and
performance goals for this service.
What you'll do
- Maintain oversight of program design, execution and
effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and strategic
initiatives.
- Maintain processes, protocols, tools and systems that support
program objectives.
- Continuously monitor outcomes, address gaps and/or refine
strategy as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary clinical SME for internal and external
parties.
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise.
- Assist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol
guidance for staff.
- Promote a focus on quality, consistency, and
effectiveness.
- Support staff performance management and coaching efforts, as
needed.
- Facilitate regular team discussions that reinforce key
needs/expectations/initiatives, promote an awareness of program and
staff performance, and provide a forum for Q&A.
- Participate in interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new
staff, as needed.
- Partner with leaders to manage the placement and assignments of
staff.
- Continuously evaluate the staffing distribution and workload to
ensure adequate balance. Adjust coverage as needed.
- All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring
- Active license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- RN with a BSN or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with direct patient
care
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or
supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions that are timely and that achieve
results consistent with business goals and organizational
culture
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to create, track and trend program metrics to ensure
successful program outcomes
- Protect and take care of our company and member's data every
day by committing to work within our company ethics and
policies
- Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC
using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video
conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
