FMI / Innomotive Solutions Group is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist . As the digital marketing specialist, you will create programs and materials that drive sales/growth for Innomotive Solutions Group and their brands including: AMDOR, WHITING, FMI, LumaBar and CommandLIFT. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will serve as the right hand man by staying informed about the market, industry trends and competitive landscape, while helping to strategize and implement digital marketing, branding, and advertising initiatives As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will: Support marketing initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs. Support the sales team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization of social media platforms, video content creation, advertising, direct marketing, and event planning. Coordinate marketing and tradeshow events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and assuring marketing collateral are relevant and available to the sales team. Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management (Salesforce, Sharp Spring, etc.) Create, proofread, and edit copy for marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines/consistency. Coordinate, create and manage & edit all videography and photography activities with sales, engineering, product & operations team. Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain website content. Evaluate and monitor campaign performance continuously by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports including recommendations. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and to ensure competitiveness. Conduct market research and identify trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience, emergency response experience preferred Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, video content creation and email marketing Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills Ability to work independently and be a self-starter High attention to detail and level of creativity Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze metrics Ability to travel (25%), and particularly between Canada and the U.S. About FMI: FMI (Fire & Marine Inc.) is the market leader in state-of-the-art compartment management solutions.
