Key Responsibilities Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and weed control Assist in seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, salting, and plowing support during winter months Operate landscape equipment such as push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools Follow safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Support your crew and Team Leader by communicating clearly and working collaboratively Load, unload, and transport tools and materials between job sites as needed Maintain a clean, professional appearance on all commercial client properties Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions to your supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 2 years of experience in landscape or grounds maintenance (preferred but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work Willingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) Basic understanding of landscaping tools and maintenance procedures Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Valid Ohio driver’s license preferred Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn new skills Benefits Hourly Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience Performance Bonuses Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunities — potential advancement to Team Leader or beyond Company-Provided Uniforms and Tools Supportive team environment and professional development Schedule Full-Time: Monday – Friday Winter hours may fluctuate depending on snow events and seasonal demand Location Onsite at commercial properties throughout Ohio Outdoor fieldwork with regional travel as required Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
