Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in general Manufacturing Facility Maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work to support a complex, high-performance operational environment. This role is essential to maintaining safe, stable, and efficient facility operations. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including ventilation, air handling, and climate control equipment Troubleshoot electrical systems, controls, and general facility infrastructure Conduct routine preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service records Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime Support installation of new equipment and facility upgrades Monitor and maintain building systems, including lighting, motors, and related equipment Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational continuity Follow all safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and company protocols Provide on-call support for urgent maintenance needs as required Required Skills Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or related field Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Solid mechanical aptitude across multiple systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Comfortable working with tools, ladders, and general facility equipment Desired Skills Preferred Qualifications EPA certification Experience in commercial or industrial environments Familiarity with automated systems or controls Trade school or technical training in HVAC, electrical, or maintenance (Please don't apply if you don't have any of these) About Bloom Cannabis Bloom Cannabis is proud to be one of the largest family-owned cannabis companies in the nation.
