Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Hire Location: Middletown, OH (45044) Pay: $20–22/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are hiring a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for immediate hire in Reno, The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance skills and a customer-service mindset to keep our apartment community in top condition. Responsibilities Complete work orders and perform general apartment repairs Handle unit turns, including painting, cleaning, and minor carpentry Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Maintain property grounds and common areas for curb appeal Assist with preventative maintenance and special projects as needed Qualifications Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Equal opportunity employer.
