Maintenance Technician III Brief Job Description This position
performs autonomous execution of skilled trade tasks associated
with the maintenance of site facilities. This a Night Shift
position working 6:30pm - 6am. 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3
days off and the rotation starts over again. Job Responsibilities
(Including Key Result Areas, Specific Accountabilities, Tasks,
Etc.) • Perform visual inspections and conduct troubleshooting
activities • Establish visual tracking and other tools to enhance
audit readiness and trend analysis • Gather, organize, and
communicate operational information to others • Lead and coordinate
investigations and studies with little supervision • Participate in
spill control, handling of hazardous materials, and first aid • Use
MAXIMO and/or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to
manage logistics • Identify temporary and permanent fixes to
address issues; Initiate appropriate action when process deviations
occur • Monitor equipment and/or systems for performance and
problem indicators • Read, understand, and comply with cGMP (Good
Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures),
including general safety, lock outs, and so on • Report process
deviations when they occur • Wear gowning, sterile garments, and
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by specific
activities • Perform preventative (scheduled) and
corrective/emergency (unscheduled) maintenance of equipment,
systems, and/or facilities without supervision • Ensure proper
documentation practices during maintenance processes • Maintain
equipment and systems along with their certification records •
Monitor and analyze process equipment performance • Perform, in
order of priority, work required in response to process equipment
requests received through the Work Request System • Read and
interpret diagrams, drawings, and other schematics • Recommend and
initiate activities to ensure area and equipment is maintained in a

Conduct safety checks for work group, department, or site •
Maintain accurate and complete records (i.e., laboratory notebooks,
quality records, and sample receipts) • Perform infrared,
vibration, pressure, superheat, and subcooling readings • Perform
high purity water testing • Pull necessary parts to complete a work
order or ticket • Analyze trends in data in order to provide
accurate descriptions, identify root causes, and/or identify
solutions or improvements • Perform regular audits of SOPs
(Standard Operating Procedures) and/or work instructions • Assist
with executing validation protocols for processes, equipment,
packaging, and/or cleaning • Provide "off shift" support (such as
night shift support if you normally work on day shift). • Provide
input on the engineering of replacement parts • Consult
cross-functionally as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on systems
and/or processes within a functional area • Perform LDAR (Leak
Detection and Repair) Education, Qualifications, Skills, and
Experience Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements: •
Considerable experience in a regulated or cGMP environment • May
require state certification or licensure for certain roles
Preferred Background Preferred Requirements: • High school diploma
and certification in a skilled trade (electrical, boiler
operations, etc.) • Experience with building fire systems,
plumbing, lighting, HVAC equipment (boilers, chillers, cooling
towers, air handlers, humidifiers, and air dryers), low voltage
electrical systems, and emergency diesel generators ors Sponsorship

this position is $24.00 - $38.00 per hour. Actual base pay is
dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to,
the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience,
