$20-$25/hr commissions (expected total comp $34-$40/hr) Premium

environment. Job Purpose Install, test, and maintain residential
HVAC systems for peak performance and customer satisfaction. Read
plans, fabricate ducts, and ensure code compliance in a fast-paced
setting with competitive pay, take-home vehicle, and advancement
opportunities. Key Responsibilities Install HVAC equipment per
specifications. Fabricate and install ducts/fittings. Test systems,
perform start-ups, and handle repairs. Maintain clean work areas
and complete paperwork. Communicate with customers for process
explanations and satisfaction. Work overtime/weekends as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 4 years residential HVAC
installation experience. Valid driver's license with clean record.
EPA Certification (preferred). HVAC trade school certification
(preferred). Blueprint/plan reading skills. Strong communication
and basic computer proficiency. Detail-oriented with safety focus;
able to work independently or in teams. Physical Requirements Lift
up to 50 lbs. Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in
confined/outdoor spaces. Use hand/power tools and diagnostic
equipment. Handle occasional overtime/weekends in varying weather.
