Technician JOB SUMMARY This role, reporting to the Engineering
Manager, will be responsible for supporting R&D activities,
Electromechanical maintenance on Equipment & Facilities, Mechanical
Drafting, and CNC Programming. This is a hybrid role, and it
requires an individual with strong communication skills that is
organized and disciplined with the ability to multitask and balance
priorities. This role plays a pivotal part in troubleshooting and
eliminating root causes that drive equipment downtime, Preventative
maintenance, mechanical drafting, R&D setups for testing and
data gathering, interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate
tooling, setting up Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines,
writing programs to achieve the required geometry, troubleshooting
program-related issues, and providing manufacturing support by
loading and proving all CNC programs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Day
to day, coordination with production, engineering to solve problems
and implement solutions quickly and safely to keep factory assets
operating efficiently to include Repair, replace and installing
sensors, actuators, transformers, controllers, circuit breakers,
motors, heating units, electric eyes, conduit systems, switches,
wiring, belts, valves, etc. Troubleshoot and maintain industrial
electrical equipment and automation system hardware such as
programmable logic controllers (PLC) with the Ability to read
ladder logic and make basic adjustments to PLC programming related
to inputs, outputs, tags, sensors and/or buttons. Utilize
mechanical and electrical tools, diagnostic instruments (meters),
electrical diagrams and schematics, computerized maintenance
management systems (CMMS) and other digital tools to work safely
and efficiently. Model electrical safety and share electrical and
mechanical expertise to train other team members and perform basic
rigging, mechanical practices and welding skills in an industrial
environment. Interpret blueprints, select appropriate tooling,
write. develop and prove out CNC program to achieve required
geometry per GD&T specifications, material properties and
desired finish. Resolve programming issues, implement improvements
to machining processes to reduce cycle time, improve tool life and
maintain accurate records of programs, setups, and process changes.
Create manufacturing drawings of assemblies and models including
GD&T and B.O.M. information. Interpreting 2D drawings and
layouts for migration into a 3D environment Provide support to the
engineering team with recommendations for capital appropriations
and project completion. This job description is not designed to

Self-Development KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Demonstrated
knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical/electronic circuits
to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated and CNC
equipment. Skill in working with PLCs, including reading ladder
logic, performing basic program adjustments, and supporting machine
controls. Skill in CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and CAM
software, along with the ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T
specifications, and tooling requirements. Ability to review and
verify manufacturing drawings for proper fit, function, accuracy,
and completeness. Knowledge and skill in CAD software and
mechanical drafting to support design, documentation, and
fabrication activities. Ability to apply strong mechanical
aptitude, effective reasoning, problem-solving skills,
interpersonal communication, and initiative to work independently
and support project completion. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This
position has no supervisory responsibilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Shop floor and office environment mix. Mix of
prolonged periods of standing, operating a forklift. Bending,
pushing and office work. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at
times. PLANNED BUSINESS TRAVEL This job requires no planned
business travel. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School graduation or
equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
A Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience supporting
engineering and operations in a LEAN environment with experience in
maintenance and troubleshooting of complex mechanical equipment,
CNC equipment, electrical and automation systems. Experience in
troubleshooting and performing repairs (AM & PM) to production and
facilities equipment. Prior experience managing multiple projects
