Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Press
Brake Operator role in Marion, OH. Our client is a well-established

every stage of their manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: ·
Set up, operate, and maintain press brake machinery with precision
and efficiency. · Read and interpret technical drawings,
blueprints, and work orders to determine machine setup and material
requirements. · Utilize CNC controls to program, adjust, and
fine-tune machine settings for optimal output. · Inspect completed
parts for accuracy and quality, using measuring tools such as
calipers, gauges, and micrometers. · Monitor equipment performance
and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent product
quality. · Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet
production goals and solve operational challenges. · Maintain
cleanliness and organization in the work area in accordance with
safety and quality standards. · Document production processes,
material usage, and inspection results as required. · Report any
equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues in a
timely manner. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent;
technical training or certification in machining or fabrication
preferred. · Proven experience operating press brake machinery,
especially with CNC controls. · Ability to read and interpret
blueprints and technical drawings. · Strong mechanical aptitude and
attention to detail. · Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing
for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. · Excellent
teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Willingness
to work swing shifts, including occasional overtime as needed. What
