The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. • Must meet all Ohio State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio.
• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
