Job Description:
3 full time Primary Care Physicians needed near Dayton, OH to
start as soon as credentialed.
BC or BE in FM or IM
Schedule: Mon – Thurs. - 8a-5p, Fri. 8a-4p, Sat. 8a-1p
Outpatient only
No OB required
EMR: EPIC
Labcore in office, IV therapy available, OMT services available
Office Schedule: Mon – Thurs. - 8a-5p, Fri. 8a-4p, Sat. 8a-1p
Patients per day: 17-20
Payer mix: 72% private pay/commercial; 27% Medicare; 2%
Medicaid
BLS - Required
Ability to start within 2-3 weeks- REQUIRED
Must have a clean background for expedited credentialing
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30
days.
