We have immediate openings for -Registered Respiratory Therapist -for our Seasonal RRT Program.
This program offers flexible staffing options to provide coverage for the hospital during times of peak need. Seasonal Registered Respiratory Therapist work for a specific length of time during the year. This can be up to 12 continuous weeks per 12 month rolling calendar. The time period could be extended. During this program, employee must be able to offer a weekend day commitment and will be offered a base rate of $55.00 per hour. At the end of the Seasonal Program agreement, employee will have the option to end employment, or remain employed as a Full Time RRT. The new rate will be determined according to experience. -Ask your recruiter for more details!

As a -Respiratory Therapist -you will:

Responsible for administering safe and competent respiratory care as ordered per physician, monitoring mechanical ventilation, administering medications, patient assessment, understanding ramifications of hemodynamic monitoring, understanding blood work results, monitoring, teaching, and training.

Qualifications - Internal

As -a -Respiratory Therapist -you will have:

• 
  
• As required for Registry by National Board for -Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  
• Certified -/ Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for -Respiratory Care (NBRC). Appropriate licensure from state licensure agency.
  
• BCLS and ACLS certifications and maintain them for the duration of employment.
