About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents struggling with eating disorders.Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and affirming care to clients, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.
• Collaborate with families and outpatient providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to support clients' long-term recovery.
• Model healthy relationships with food and provide therapeutic meal support.Qualifications
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field.
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field.
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred.
