Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months. --- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). --- This role will require floating to multiple units --- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live > 50 miles from facility to be submitted.--- COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. --- COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted. --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: EKG exam is required Every other weekend Every other holiday Navy Blue Scrubs Ortho, bariatric, medical surgical patients exp preferred Up to 6L NC, intermittent BiPAP. No special procedures. Education Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred) 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred) Critical Care Course (preferred) Skills Adults(18-64 years) Geriatrics (65 years and older) 2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required for submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
