The Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Care (HHC) in Marion, OH provides patient care within the home setting, managing cases and completing OASIS admissions. With core hours Monday to Friday and on-call responsibilities, the position may include working at various healthcare facilities across the United States. The role offers a flexible travel opportunity, allowing RNs to enhance their career while serving diverse patient populations. jw - Home Health RN needed for Marion, OH 8hr days , 5/19 start Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.Core hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm ,Every 4th weekend requirement (if needed) On-call up to 4 evenings or nights per month through the week or on their assigned weekend (if needed) HCHB is the EMR (experience with HCHB preferred but not required) MUST be able to complete OASIS admissions and case manage as needed.
