Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a *Therapist- Clinical Coordinator* to join our Child Team located in *Athens, OH*._*We are seeking a one (1) Full Time Outpatient Therapist- Clinical Coordinator serving the Hocking Valley Community Residential Center located in Nelsonville, OH. _In this role, you will be working as an *Outpatient Therapist*, providing clinical counseling services to individuals, groups, and families, to include diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, crisis counseling/intervention and some case management.*Outpatient Therapist- Clinical Coordinator HVCRC Specific Duties:** Minimum 32 hours/week committed to individual (1-2x/week for each youth), group (2/week), and family work, assessment, team meetings, coordination of youth services and aftercare planning, training, documentation, coordination of clinical services/intern services benefitting HVCRC youth.* May include occasional after hour calls and infrequent call-outs for risk assessments* Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s), program director, clinic director, and agency administration.*What do we look for in our Outpatient Therapist??** Eligible to work in the United Stated* Bachelors, Trainee (CT or SWT) or LSW considered.* Masters Degree in a mental health related field with licensure by the Ohio CSWMFT Board.* Experience providing counseling services to children and adolescents, and specialty training (De-escalation, trauma-informed care and/or evidence based trauma) preferred.* Independent license and specialty training (e.g. Addictions, EMDR, CBT, etc.) preferred.* Position requires good verbal and written communication skills,* The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients,*What are some of the benefits of working for Hopewell Health Centers?** We offer a competitive Starting Salary* *NHSC Loan Repayment eligible ** Medical/Dental/Vision* 401K and match* Life Insurance* Paid Time Off* Referral Bonus Program*At Hopewell Health Centers, Inc., our Mission is to provide access to affordable, high quality, integrated health care for all.
