Browse our current career opportunities to start your journey with us and see the possibilities for where your career could grow with us!:Summary:Nurse Supervisors organize, direct, and supervise nursing personnel to provide for the general care and well-being of community members in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.Responsibilities:Directly supervises approximately 30 nursing staff on shift.Receive shift report and review 24 hour reportCheck unit assignments and make appropriate changes for staffing as needed due to absenceReview labs, x-ray reports and distribute to unitsCompletes skilled assessments, monitors wounds, and updates the wound report.Pharmacy deliveries of emergency drugs or meds as neededComplete staff evaluations, Counsel staff as neededOversee end-of-month medication change-overRun PCC reports to ensure compliancy with medication administration/ treatmentsOther duties as assigned.Requirements:Must be a current, unrestricted, Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Long Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Experience.
