Pay Information $2,257 to $2,487 per week About The Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2256.99 - $2487.29 Who will be the DOO approving the contractors time each week? Kara White 1. What is the iCIMS req corresponding to this requisition? RN: 38612 2. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks is the norm: 13 weeks 3. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F 8am – 5pm? correct 4. Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? Yes, on call rotation that includes the weekend with seeing SOC on Saturdays. We reserve Sunday for Resumption of cares etc. It depends how many RNs I have for the rotation. Right now it's about every 5th week- depending on PTO etc. 5. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? On call is for a whole week- right now we are rotating every 5th week. This is subject to change. 6. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home Health 7. What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? It depends on what needs covered. We have a large territory- once they get started we would need to adjust depending on how many RNs we have. We see patients in Columbus and surrounding areas- North up to Marion, West past Marysville, East- past Grandville, and south up to Circleville. 8. What’s creating the request? - work load Ect Full time for RNs is 30 plus points per week. Normally Contractors do 6-7 points per day. 10. About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? This Varies- average range for RNs for 1 week was 200-300 miles. 12.
