Job Description Our client is seeking a Pediatrician in the
heart of Dayton, Ohio. Join this independent, physician owned
organization that delivers quality Primary Care to everyone from
babies to their great-grandparents. This group offers the potential
for a full partnership and a 4-day work week with a manageable
patient census. Enjoy the Miami Valley's museums, art galleries,
hiking, biking and Dayton is the home to several prestigious
universities. International airport just 10 minutes away.
Competitive salary up to $250K with bonus potential . Shared call
between multiple providers, from home with first nurse call, 3-4
weeks avg/yr. Customizable financial package to include student
loan repayment, resident stipend, sign on bonus, and/or relocation,
etc Partnership track. Four-day work week with a manageable census,
20-25 patients per day. Comprehensive benefits including medical,
dental, life, disability, and 401k. Opportunities to participate in
meetings and organization initiatives. No hospital visits.
