Outpatient, Inpatient, etc.): Mostly Outpatient (80-90%), with occasional acute care inpatient What skills are required: experience in outpatient setting. Inpatient a plus Is the specific state license required? Yes - Ohio Dates of Coverage needed: start May 9, 10th, or 12th latest. 13 week assignment with possibility of extension Coverage Hours needed: 40 hours – 5 – 8 hr shifts or 4 – 10 hour shifts Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday 7:00a-6:30p, Friday 7:00a-5:30p Information System Type: Meditech – will train onsite Staff Size: 5 PTs, 6 PTAs, 2 OTs, 2 COTA Job responsibilities: Evaluation and treat patients. Perform assessments, reassessments, progress notes. Clinic support as needed. If a Therapist role, will there be Assistant support?
