Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Ohio RN license - Minimum
2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience - Chest tube and drain
management experience - Post-operative open heart care experience -
Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral
access - Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including reading and
interpreting cardiac rhythm strips - Advanced knowledge of cardiac
and pulmonary abnormalities - Experience assisting with chest tube
removal, pericardial pacing wire removal, and management of
temporary pacers (pericardial and transcutaneous) - Experience with
non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high-flow oxygen, and
oxygen delivery systems - BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA) required
- Willingness to float to all units within skill level - Critical
Care experience highly preferred Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities -
Deliver high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients, including
post-cardiac surgery and procedure recovery - Monitor and interpret
cardiac rhythms, respond to changes, and implement interventions -
Manage chest tubes, drains, and temporary pacers - Provide pre- and
post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access -
Assist with removal of pericardial pacing wires and chest tubes -
Utilize and troubleshoot non-invasive ventilation devices and
oxygen delivery systems - Float to other hospital units as needed,
supporting clinical teams - Maintain accurate documentation and
collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Apply now to
