Provide direct nursing care in a diverse range of clinical settings. Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans collaboratively with health care teams. Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as prescribed. Assist in surgeries or other medical procedures as needed. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high quality care. Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines while upholding best practice standards.
