Summary: Licking Memorial Health Systems is seeking an OB/GYN that is looking for a more of a work life balance opportunity. Our revamped laborist model would allow for a hybrid opportunity to include a combination of office patients, surgery days and minimal on-call time. This flexible hybrid physician would allow to continue to complete deliveries, see OB patients in an outpatient setting with more of a set schedule opportunity. We could even include 2-3 on-call days/month if we wanted to put a number on it. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including well-woman exams, contraception counseling, menopause management, and minor procedures. Manage routine prenatal and postpartum care (no labor & delivery responsibilities). Perform surgical and in-office procedures. Collaborate with nurse practitioners, sonographers, and medical assistants to provide coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical education efforts as desired. Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Valid medical license or eligible for licensure in Ohio Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Prior outpatient or ambulatory experience preferred but not required. Schedule: Monday through Friday (4.5-day work week) if interested in taking hospital call to maintain deliveries, we are open to discuss.
