Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Licensed
Physical Therapist Description: This position has no maximum bill
rate. Please source local and reliable candidates and submit at a
reasonable rate. This will provide valuable data and help to
successfully fill the roles. Evaluates clients by administering
tests and measurements, such as range of motion, gait, and
functional analysis, to determine individual rehabilitation program
needs. Provides or oversees ongoing assessment of clients'
rehabilitation. Prepares, transmits, and maintains measurement and
assessment records. Reports tests, assessments, and measurements to
interdisciplinary teams as requested. Participates in writing and
presentation of individual treatment plans, including formulating
goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment. Plans
periodic reassessment of client progress and revises plans as
necessary. Participates in ongoing continuing education and
in-service training. Engages in research projects and program
development. Involves training of pre-clinical and clinical
physical therapy students, physical therapy assistant students, and
licensed physical therapy assistants and therapy aides.
