Job Description Salary: $25 - $32 / per hour Maxim Healthcare is
hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Vincent, OH and
Reedsville, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes!
Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY,
EVENING and NIGHT SHIFTS! Vincent - Shifts Available: Friday:
4pm-8pm Saturday: 2pm-6:30pm Reedsville - Shifts Available: Monday

programs Responsibilities: - Utilize the nursing process to assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - On each assignment,
provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with
prescribed orders - Assess signs and symptoms indicating
physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. -
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health
care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing
diagnoses. Qualifications: - Currently licensed as an LPN in the
state in which the LPN will practice. - Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
