Job Description Job Description Salary: Position: LPN & RN Visiting Nurse for patient in Marysville, OH 43040 Job description 8pm to 10pm (4 days per week 8 hours shift on Saturday Traveling to a patients home to administer services. Diabetic management (blood sugar checks & insulin administration) Medication management Additional Information Clinical and Operational on-call to support in home field nurses. Requirements Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices. Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior Nurse experience preferred.
