work. Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of
Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with
Epic is preferred from any number of months. • 6 months of acute
care experience. • BSN completion preferred Requirements: •
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required
for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple
units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50
miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required
after submission. Declinations not accepted. • COVID booster
required after submission. Declinations not accepted. • Flu
vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and
personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at

Skills/Experience: Ortho, bariatric, medical surgical patients
experience. Required Credentials: EKG exam is required. Preferred
Credentials: Critical Care Course. Shift & Scheduling: Every other
weekend and holiday. 7 days maximum time off 2 references from last
2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of
identification required for submission Certifications: • BLS (Basic
Life Support) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) • NIHSS
(NIH Stroke Scale) • CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) • PCCN
