Responsibilities Plan and organize recreational activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents. Assist residents in participating in daily activities and programs. Facilitate social interaction and encourage community involvement among residents. Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation. Collaborate with healthcare staff to support individualized care plans. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment during all activities. Requirements Previous experience in activity coordination, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and engage residents of varying abilities. Adaptability and patience in a dynamic environment. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
