Personal Care Specialist Role: The PCS position is a DRIVING
position seeing patients in both facilities and homes within the
greater Centerville area This is a Full-Time day shift position
with the available shifts hours of 4-10hr days Sun-Wed, 8am-6pm;
Wed-Sat 8am-6pm; 3-12hr days Wed-Fri, 8am-8pm; or M-F 8am-4pm We
provide superior care and superior services to patients at their
end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will
succeed The Personal Care Specialist’s Essential Duties Are: We
provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities.
Our aides are titled "Personal Care Specialist" because they are
valued for their expertise in taking care of the patient's personal
needs with dignity, compassion and empathy. You could become a
Personal Care Specialist that provides quality nursing assistance
to patients, assists the family with the care of the patient and
works with a team that relies on your input from the close
relationship you develop with the patient. Qualifications: High
school diploma or GED; Certified Nursing Assistant with the State
of Ohio preferred one year of experience preferred. Certification
in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred within two years
of employment; Computer skills sufficient to properly document
services and care. Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or
inclement weather. Valid Driver's license with Safe Driving Record.
