Job Description UK King's Daughters, a 455-bed regional healthcare system serving Kentucky and Ohio, is offering an outstanding opportunity for a board-eligible/certified Urologist. The incoming physician will receive $600,000 salary guarantees, along with wRVU productivity bonuses and quality/customer incentives (income potential $750k). We also provide excellent benefits and paid malpractice. The practice promotes work-life balance: flexible work schedule, manageable call and seven weeks off. Our collegial practice features five urologists, supported by a team of experienced advanced providers. We are part of the University of Kentucky Health system. We operate 40 primary care clinics in outlying areas of Kentucky and Ohio which refer patients from a catchment area of about 750,000 people to our main campus for testing and treatment. In 2025, we completed a large construction project on campus, which provided us with a new main entrance, a brand-new ER and an all-new Imaging Department. Our Emergency Department sees more than 70,000 patients per year. We have nearly all medical specialties here at our facility, except pediatric subspecialties. Our facility has experienced tremendous growth in patient volumes, with a vast network of primary care providers, and referrals from 20 area hospitals, our urologists enjoy a vibrant practice. Other program highlights: UK King's Daughters features dedicated urology-specific surgery teams, quick room turnarounds, and robotics. Our newest procedures include Aquablation and Urolift for BPH, and Bulkamid for urinary stress incontinence. We also feature a vibrant on-campus Urology Procedure Center that provides urodynamics, prostate seed implants, prostate biopsy, cystoscopy and stent removal. UK King's Daughters is powered by the EPIC electronic medical records system. The practice location, Ashland, Kentucky, is a safe, family-friendly community with great schools, affordable living and excellent local shopping and dining. Ashland also features access to beautiful state and national parks and a variety of outdoor pursuits (hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting, golf, tennis, cave exploration, hunting and fishing). Ashland also is around two hours from Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio; and Lexington, Kentucky.
