working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Columbus,
Ohio, 43210! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered
Nurse Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per
Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years RN
experience, strong Stepdown/PCU background License: Active Ohio RN
License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Telemetry monitoring
and dysrhythmia interpretation Advanced respiratory support
(BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC) IV insulin protocols and insulin drips Cardiac
and vasoactive drips (including titration) Central line and PICC
management Blood product administration Renal transplant care Liver
transplant care Post-procedure recovery (kidney biopsy,
paracentesis) Description: Required experience includes a minimum
of 2 years RN experience. Strong Stepdown/PCU background is
necessary. Experience with transplant, renal, or high-acuity
medical patients is preferred. Candidates must possess active Ohio
RN License. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Skills and
competencies required include telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia
interpretation. Advanced respiratory support skills (BiPAP/CPAP,
HFNC) are important. Candidates must demonstrate understanding of
IV insulin protocols and insulin drips. Ability to manage cardiac
and vasoactive drips, including titration, is essential. Central
line and PICC management experience is required. Candidates must be
proficient in blood product administration. Experience in renal
transplant care and liver transplant care is necessary. Candidates
should be capable of providing post-procedure recovery for kidney
biopsy and paracentesis. Candidates will be required to float to
different units as needed. Additionally, every other or every third
