Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Lima, OH Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,595 to $1,795 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 5/17/2026 About the Position We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program. Current Ohio Respiratory Therapist license in good standing. (State license must be attached to submission.) NBRC RRT or CRT credential required. (Certification document must be attached to submission.) Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association. (Certifications must be attached to submission.) One year experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Experience with ventilator management and airway maintenance including intubation and arterial line assistance. Experience performing blood gases, pulmonary function studies, and assisting with invasive and non-invasive procedures. Ability to follow department protocols and collaborate with medical staff across inpatient and outpatient settings. Preferred: prior experience in hospital or acute care settings. This is a preferred qualification, not required. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift: Nights. Shift hours: 1800-0630. Shift format: 12.5-hour night shifts.
