Job Description:

Aventura at Oakwood Village - FT; 8am-4:30pm; Weekend rotation
Maintain a safe, clean environment. Clean/polish all furnishings/fixtures. - Clean/sanitize bathrooms. Sweep, dust/damp mop and disinfect. - Vacuum, shampoo carpets. - Clean walls, ceilings, hallways, stairways, and elevators. - Properly dispose of regular and infectious waste/trash. - Prepare vacant rooms for occupancy; make the bed. - Assure Resident Rights are followed. Perform isolation cleaning. - Keep equipment/cleaning supplies locked in proper areas at all times. - Observe safety precautions. - Clean doors (inside and out) and windows. - Wash blinds, cubicle curtains and draperies. Willing to learn new procedures and work in the Laundry area. - Performs all cleaning functions in assigned areas. - -
