Job Description:
Aramark seeks a dedicated Dining Services Manager to oversee the
daily operations of our food services at various client locations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional dining experiences,
maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and
hygiene. The Dining Services Manager will collaborate closely with
culinary staff and client representatives to uphold Aramarks
mission of service excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate
will efficiently handle operations while managing budgets, staff,
and customer service. Oversee daily operations of dining services
to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Manage and
train dining services staff, scheduling, and evaluating performance
effectively. Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop
menus that meet client satisfaction and budgetary guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of food service areas to
ensure cleanliness and proper food handling. Resolve customer
issues and feedback with professionalism and patience. Maintain
inventory and order food supplies while managing cost control
measures. Prepare reports on dining services activities and
progress for senior management. Strong leadership and people
management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven ability in budgeting and cost management Knowledge of food
hygiene and safety regulations Ability to work flexibly and make
