The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for food preparation and delivering outstanding service, aligning with Aramark’s mission of enriching and nourishing lives. Plan, prepare, and cook meals and special menus. Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation regulations. Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies while controlling costs. Maintain rigorous health and safety standards in all food preparation and kitchen cleanliness. Collaborate with management and clients to tailor menus for special events. Stay updated on current culinary trends and kitchen best practices. Proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Sound knowledge of health and sanitation protocols. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Handler certification. Preferable: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts.
