experienced Recruiter with 3-6 years of expertise to join our
client's team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract
position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full-cycle
recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top-tier talent while
maintaining exceptional standards of communication and data
integrity. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel in

Responsibilities: • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from
sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Collaborate with
hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to
manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate reporting. • Act as
a brand ambassador to promote the company’s values and attract top
talent. • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to
ensure alignment with job requirements. • Negotiate offers and
facilitate discussions to secure top-tier candidates. • Maintain
compliance with worker’s compensation policies and other employment
regulations. • Prepare detailed recaps and reports on recruitment
activities for team meetings. • Build and maintain strong
relationships with candidates, acting as a liaison throughout the
hiring process. • Identify opportunities for process improvement
and implement strategies to enhance efficiency. • Proven experience
in full-cycle recruiting with 3-6 years in a similar role. • Strong
communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
across teams. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and data
management. • Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies,
sourcing techniques, and hiring processes. • Ability to negotiate
and navigate discussions with candidates and stakeholders. •
Knowledge of worker’s compensation policies and other relevant
employment regulations. • Experience with Oracle systems is
preferred. • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data
integrity and accurate reporting.
