Job Description:
An administrative support provider is filling a position for a
Virtual Corporate Paralegal. Individual must be able to fulfill the
following responsibilities:Draft and review contracts and forming
and maintaining business entitiesSupport attorneys in a
transactional law practicePosition Requirements Include: Bachelor's
degree3+ years of recent experience working as a paralegal in a
corporate or transactional practiceExperience creating and
maintaining corporate entitiesExperience review and drafting
contractsExperience using practice management software, preferably
Clio, PC Law, or SerengetiExperience using law firm bookkeeping
software for invoicing and timekeeping
