Lease - Tyson Power Only This fleet's drivers primarily operate in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois (including Chicago). Potential runs to the East Coast and Florida are possible. Independent Contractors enjoy the following: $1,350 Availability Incentive Pay Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for six daysof dispatch Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay 1 Year Tenure - $1,375 2 Years Tenure - $1,400 3 Years Tenure - $1,450 4 Years Tenure - $1,500 5 Years Tenure - $1,550 Weekly to Biweekly Home Time (Weekly only available in select locations) Monthly Safety Performance Incentive Bonus Full Service Maintenance Plan Pet Passenger Policy Free SiriusXM 24" SmartTV Monthly Safety Performance Incentive Bonus The incremental bonus is $0.10 to $0.30/mile above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period. The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period with no accidents, claims, CSA points, citations, or service failures. Miles 0 - 3,999 = $0.00 Miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $0.10/mile Miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $0.20/mile Miles 8,000 = $0.30/mile Example The operator has 4 safe weeks during the bonus period and runs 8,650dispatched miles during this time.
