As a Team CDL-A Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations. Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck for long distances as part of a two-person team. Coordinate with your team driver to ensure timely delivery of goods as per client specifications and company standards. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures. Report any incidents or delays immediately to the dispatcher. Maintain logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status in compliance with state and federal regulations. Uphold the company's high standards in customer engagement by ensuring courteous and effective communication. Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo when necessary. Strong driving skills with the ability to maneuver and control the vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions. Excellent time management to meet strict deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cooperatively with a co-driver. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL-A License. Completion of a certified driving school for trucks. An acceptable driving record.
