Hogan1 is seeking highly motivated and responsible CDL A Truck Drivers to join our dedicated team. This role is key to our mission in providing top-notch transportation solutions that meet and exceed our clients' needs. As a CDL A Truck Driver at Hogan1, you will operate a variety of trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and timely delivery of cargo. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a dynamic team, known for pushing the boundaries of logistics and transportation. Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck to transport goods and materials over long distances. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules as planned with the logistics department. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) along with company policies and procedures. Manage documentation, such as logs of activities and cargo forms, as required by company and federal regulations. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Adapt to route changes or delivery instructions when necessary. Ensure the security of the cargo during transit. Proven work experience as a truck driver with the ability to handle physical workload. Strong adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc). Ability to travel regularly and be comfortable with long-haul routes. Basic knowledge of truck maintenance. Good communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude. Efficient time-management skills. Endorsements for hazardous materials are a plus.
