Job Description:
Our client, a leader in the logistics and transportation
industry, is seeking a Driver/Truck Light to join their team. As a
Driver/Truck Light, you will be part of the Equipment Operations
supporting the warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will
have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and
problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Yard Hauler Location: Marysville, OH Pay
Range: $20 Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available What's the Job?
Perform pre and post-shift vehicle inspections and document the
condition of equipment before re-use. Shuttle empty and full
trailers within the dock area and parking lots. Transport freight
from storage dock area or trailers to designated areas. Complete 65
trailer moves within an 8-hour period using an onboard computer
after training is complete. Maintain a clean work area inside the
yard vehicle and around the dock area. What's Needed? Verbal and
written communication skills. Attention to detail and
problem-solving skills. Knowledge of machines and tools, including
their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to read
blueprints and understand production processes. High school diploma
or GED preferred; prior experience in a similar role is desired but
