Why Join Us? /n - Competitive pay - $21.87 base wage - Plus $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift /n - Low-cost benefits start the month after you start. /n - Growth opportunities /n - Be part of a global leader in manufacturing /n /nPrimary Activities/Duties: /n - Assemble components and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. /n - Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks. /n - Perform visual checks to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards. /n - Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or further processing. /n - Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6-S and safety standards. /n - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. /n - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings. /n - Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. /n - Other duties as assigned. /n /nRequirements: /n - Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift. /n - Lift 25-50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level. /n - Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments. /n - Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English. /n - Basic computer skills; ability to learn and use software systems as needed. /n - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. /n /nSafety Requirements: /n - Wear safety-toed footwear /n - Safety glasses with side shields /n - Hearing protection /n - Other PPE as required. /n /nKnowledge & Experience: /n - High school diploma or GED preferred. /n - Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus. /n - Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic mechanical skills. /n - Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is helpful. /n /nWork Environment: - Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
