What you bring to the job?

--- High School Diploma or GED
--- General computer skills
--- 6+ months customer service experience Responsibilities:

--- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding homeowner's insurance claims
--- Functioning out of multiple computer programs
--- Maintaining a pleasant phone speaking voice and deescalating complaints
--- Ability to handle high call volume daily
