client is a premier provider of targeted specialized insurance
products in North America and selected other markets. They are
looking for multiple Customer Care Specialists to work in their
Call Center in Springfield, OH office. There is a chance for this

product and services setThe role of a Customer Care Specialist is a
key position. You are the voice of our client and the customer's
primary point of contact. You are a listener, problem solver and
believe in quality. You enjoy being on the phone and helping
people.Responsibilities:
- Research/resolve loan level inquires as it relates to
inbound/outbound call activity
- Handle in-bound and out-bound calls from our customers in
hazard insurance, mortgage banking and property loss
- More experienced associates will handle escalated calls
- Initially works in a single client /functional environment due
to limited knowledge and skill set (more experienced associates
will work in a multi-client or multi-functional environment)
- Listen to customer's concerns and show empathy while resolving
their issue
- Participate in special projects, assume new responsibilities
and adjust priorities as requested
- A four week robust paid training environment that enables you
to learn the business, the systems, the policies and how to
effectively engage and resolve customer challengesRequirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Call center experience a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be personable and able to show empathy
- Ability to accept feedback and implement corrective action
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and trouble-shooting
skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Ability to adhere to call times that must be met
- Ability to adapt well to change
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to multi-taskCall Center Hours of operation:Monday -
Friday, 8:00am - 9:00pmSaturday, 8:00am - 5:00pmShift details will
vary
