As a Contract Reviewer, your responsibilities will be:
Global Sourcing is responsible for creating and managing diverse strategic supplier partnerships that drive enterprise value with innovation, best cost and competitive advantages that benefit customers, suppliers and patients.
This role will be responsible for reviewing Global Sourcing agreements for specific terms and conditions to support key projects.
Additionally, this role will have responsibility for completing contract and system audits to ensure the contracting system is properly updated.
The person in this role will effectively lead and manage these projects and regularly provide status updates, as well as recommendations, to team members.
Work independently to review and manage contracts
Review contract details and terms
Demonstrate knowledge of contract/agreement specifics
Experience with contract reading, including health-related contracts
Handle a high volume of contracts efficiently


Qualifications:Read legal documents and ascertain key elements within agreements.
Quick learner and possess excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Gather feedback, display a sense of urgency, make recommendations, follow-up, and follow through to deliver timely solutions.
Work independently with minimal supervision, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
The capacity to work in a team environment and manage projects accordingly.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20 - 22 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
