CNC MILL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -- Setting production machinery for acceptable production processes and obtaining run approval.-- Ability to edit and interpret G and M Code-- Ability to prove out programs and set ups-- Ability to run 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC Mills-- Analyze machine, tool, and program issues and makes basic repairs, as well as handling minor routine maintenance.-- Perform repetitive and custom work utilizing fixtures, machine stops, indexing devices, to control critical tolerances and dimensions.-- Assure conformance to quality specifications using a variety of gages and indicators.-- Effectively communicate with personnel at all levels.-- Meet production quantity and quality standards.-- Ensure safety guards and personal protective equipment are in place at all times.-- Follow and enforce work Instructions, procedures, and company policies.Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES of a CNC Machinist: -- Thorough knowledge of specific department equipment and their processes.-- Able to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions-- Able to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes to take appropriate action.-- Minimum 3-5 years CNC Milling Machining experience (Horizontal, Vertical, or Boring Mill)PM21#IN23Compensation details: 25-35 Hourly WagePI9644b5a04ca7-25660-37167231
