We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that span across various IT domains, including customer facing websites, SAP, order management systems, and back-office applications.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Identify Technical debt and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Establish common architecture artifact templates.
• Document current and future state architectures.Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture.
    
  • Experience Designing and Developing Cloud Native Architectures.
    
  • Strong knowledge of Retail business systems preferred
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Ability to work independently and influence others without direct authority.
    
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Salary: 160,000 + Company BonusCore Competencies
