TITLE Field & Studio Resource Coordinator

DESCRIPTION

Mills James is seeking a highly organized Field & Studio Resource Coordinator to support the seamless scheduling of crew and equipment for video productions in both field and studio environments. This full- time position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule freelance crew and production equipment
• Serve as the main point of contact for camera, grip, sound, and hair/makeup bookings
• Manage onboarding, compliance forms, and freelance invoicing
• Track purchase orders and assist with budgeting
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors
• Support the Studio Manager with logistics and administrative tasksQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of production coordination or crew scheduling experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with production scheduling tools a plus
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift equipmentAccessibility Statement:
